½ tsp Italian seasoning
4 cups chicken broth
9 lasagna noodles, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded Parmesan

Instructions
Sauté the Aromatics:
In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.Brown the Meat:
Add the ground beef and sausage. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease if needed.Add the Spices:
Stir in tomato paste, oregano, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes to caramelize the paste slightly.Add Liquids:
Pour in the spicy vodka sauce and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a boil.Simmer with Noodles:
Add broken lasagna noodles and heavy cream. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender (about 12–15 minutes).Finish the Soup:
