Salted Maple Iced Latte with Pumpkin Pie Cold Foam

Serving Size: 1 latte
For the Sea Salt Maple Latte
2 shots espresso
1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Tiny pinch flaky sea salt
¾ cup whole milk or oat milk
Ice
Pumpkin Pie Cream Cold Foam
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp oat milk
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
2 tsp maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Tiny pinch sea salt
Instructions
For the pumpkin pie cream cold foam: in a jar, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Froth with a handheld frother until thickened but still pourable.
For the latte: In a glass jar, add your hot espresso, maple syrup and a small pinch of sea salt and stir until combined. Fill the glass with ice, add the milk on top. Spoon or pour the pumpkin cream over the iced latte. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
