1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices mozarella
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
2 green onions, thinly sliced (plus more for garnish)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, plus more for brushing
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Prep the bread:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.Make the crab filling:
In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, Worcestershire, sriracha, sweet chili, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gently fold in the crab meat and green onions.Assemble:
Spread the crab mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For extra golden edges, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.Serve:
